Roseburg Police jailed a man for a warrant on Tuesday evening.

An RPD report said at 11:40 p.m. officers were flagged down outside the Douglas County Jail in the 1000 block of Southeast Douglas Avenue by a 22-year-old who wished to turn himself in on an outstanding warrant. He was taken into custody without issue and was detained without bail.
