An RPD report said at 12:55 p.m. officers stopped a vehicle at the intersection of Northwest Keasey Street and Northwest Ulrich Court in the Hucrest neighborhood. Officers knew the 50-year-old driver had his license revoked in Oregon. Dispatch confirmed the driving status, and the man was taken into custody.
