Sutherlin Police jailed a man for a reported disorderly conduct incident on Monday.

An SPD report said at 10:00 a.m. officers were dispatched to the 1600 block of West Central Avenue. An investigation revealed that a 49-year-old had pulled his vehicle diagonally in front of another vehicle in the drive-through of a store. The man allegedly exited his vehicle and began hitting a second vehicle with his fists. The suspected reportedly threatened to shoot the other driver, although no weapon was displayed.

According to witnesses, the outburst was due to the other vehicle towing a trailer through the drive-through. The man was taken into custody and charged with second-degree criminal trespass. Bail was set at $2,500.
