Roseburg Police jailed a woman and cited a man after contacting them on Thursday afternoon.

An RPD report said 4:30 p.m. the pair were located under the Jackson Street Bridge in the 200 block of Southeast Jackson Street at an illegal camp. She provided officers with a fake name and was detained. Both had warrants for their arrest. The woman was taken into custody and transported to corrections. Bail was set at $21,250. The man had a cite and release warrant, so was cited for his warrant and for prohibited camping and was released on scene.
