Roseburg Police cited a man for prohibited burning on Monday morning.

An RPD report said at 9:00 a.m. the 34-year-old was contacted by officers at Deer Creek Park in the 200 block of Southeast Pine Street. Officers had observed the man with a fire in his camp. He was directed to put the fire out. The man was released after a citation was issued.
