ROSEBURG POLICE JAIL MAN FOR REPORTED DISTURBANCE

Roseburg Police jailed a man following a reported disturbance on Thursday afternoon.

An RPD report said at 2:50 p.m. officers responded to the Roseburg Regional Airport in the 2100 block of Northwest Aviation Drive. Two men were verbally arguing. At one point, 42-year Thomas Landrum allegedly pulled out brass knuckles, placed them on his hand, and threatened to hit the victim and another person that was with him.

An officer located brass knuckles among Landrum’s belongings, and he admitted to brandishing him. Landrum was charged with unlawful use of a weapon, menacing, and second-degree disorderly conduct. He was detained without bail.
