Deputies with the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office jailed a man for a warrant on Tuesday afternoon.

A DCSO report said at 2:30 p.m. the 40-year-old showed up at Saving Grace Humane Society on Old Del Rio Road in Winchester to pick up his dog which had been held due to a citation. The deputy knew the man had the warrant, which dispatch confirmed. Bail was set at $10,000.
