Roseburg Police cited a man for a warrant on Tuesday morning.

An RPD report said just after 7:50 a.m. the 37-year-old was contacted regarding a littering complaint near the intersection of Northeast O’Dell Avenue and Northeast Caspar Street. He was found to have a warrant for his arrest out of Douglas County Circuit Court. The man was taken into custody and transported to corrections. Due to medical concerns, the jail would not hold him. He was released and given a court date.
