Roseburg Police cited a man for a reported DUII incident on Wednesday night.

An RPD report said at 11:45 p.m. an officer stopped the 37-year-old man in the 2100 block of Northeast Vine Street when he consistently drifted within his lane after leaving a nearby establishment. At some point the man drove his vehicle over the solid yellow line and straddled the fog line.

During the stop, the officer saw signs of impairment. The driver consented to standard field sobriety tests, which were reportedly performed poorly. He was cited for driving under the influence of intoxicants, driving while suspended-violation and driving uninsured. He was taken into custody and transported to corrections, before being released.
