Roseburg Police cited a woman on Wednesday for an alleged prior harassment incident.

An RPD report said at 12:30 p.m. the 35-year-old was cited because of an ongoing investigation into an incident that allegedly occurred at Walmart in the 2100 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway on January 27th.  The suspect is reportedly seen on camera intentionally pushing a shopping cart into the back of a victim’s ankle after having a conversation. The impact of the cart hitting the victim’s leg allegedly caused bruising. The woman was released after the citation was issued.
