Sutherlin Police jailed a man for an alleged trespass incident at a business on Wednesday night.

An SPD report said at 6:00 p.m. officers responded to a possible trespass call in the 1200 block of West Central Avenue. The Investigation revealed that the 42-year-old had reportedly returned to the business two times after being trespassed. The man was taken into custody and transported to corrections. He was charged with second-degree counts of criminal trespass and disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $3,750.
