Roseburg Police jailed two people after an alleged DUII incident early Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 2:15 a.m. officers contacted 32-year-old Carissa Mendoza after a caller said she was yelling in her pickup in the 800 block of West Lookingglass Road. Officers contacted Mendoza and another woman, who had mutual restraining orders against each other.

Mendoza was allegedly visibly impaired and admitted to driving. She refused standard field sobriety tests and was taken into custody without issue. Mendoza was charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants, second-degree disorderly conduct, violation of a restraining order and violation of a release agreement. Bail was set at $2,000.

The second woman was charged with violation of a restraining order and was detained on $5,000 bail.
