Roseburg Police jailed a man for a parole violation on Friday night.

An RPD report said at 10:50 p.m. officers contacted the 33-year-old after a caller said the man was trespassing at a business in the 2800 block of Northwest Edenbower Boulevard. Officers knew that the man was wanted by his parole officer. A detainer was issued for failure to report, and the suspect was taken into custody without incident.

The man was detained without bail.
