Roseburg Police cited a man for second-degree criminal trespass on Wednesday.
An RPD report said shortly after 1:00 p.m. officers conducted a security check near a cellular tower in the 500 block of Southeast Stephens Street. They found the 43-year-old standing next to a fence posted with a No Trespass sign. The man had been warned by several officers in the past that he is not allowed to be on the property. U.S. Cellular has authorized RPD to enforce criminal action for people trespassing on the property.
The man was released after the citation was issued.
