Roseburg Police jailed a man for a trespassing incident at a church on Tuesday.

An RPD report said at approximately 7:15 p.m. officers contacted 46-year-old Dustin Brooks after the pastor of Liberty Christian Fellowship in the 800 block of Southeast Lane Avenue called in to say the suspect had returned after breaking into the church on February 15th. After reviewing the initial information, there was probable cause to arrest Brooks for trespassing at the church earlier in the week.

Brooks was charged with second-degree criminal trespass, a probation violation and for a Medford Police Department warrant that was out for his arrest. He was jailed on $2,500 bail.
