OREGON STATE POLICE JAIL MAN FOR ALLEGED MENACING

Oregon State Police jailed a man for alleged menacing on Saturday afternoon.

An OSP report said just after 2:30 p.m. on Interstate Five southbound, about two miles south of Sutherlin, the drivers of a sedan and an SUV were allegedly involved in the incident. The male driver of the first vehicle reportedly displayed a tan 9mm pistol during the event.

The male driver was located later and admitted to displaying the weapon. He was placed into custody and transported to corrections. The man was detained wiithout bail.
