Roseburg Police cited a man for drinking in public early on Friday morning.

An RPD report said at approximately 1:10 a.m. officers contacted the 50-year-old behind a store in the 1300 block of Northeast Stephens Street. They saw he had a half empty beer can with him. The beverage was poured out and he was issued a citation before being released.
