Roseburg Police jailed a man for a warrant on Friday morning.

An RPD report said shortly after 5:30 a.m. the 69-year-old was contacted at the Roseburg Veterans Administration in the 900 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard regarding the warrant for his arrest. The man had a warrant issued out of the Oregon State Parole Board for absconding. He was taken into custody without incident.

The man was detained without bail and was released later on Friday.
