Roseburg Police cited a woman for prohibited camping on Thursday morning.

An RPD report said at 7:40 a.m. officers contacted the 40-year-old at her camp which was set up in Gaddis Park in the 800 block of Northwest Highland Street. The camp was at the pavilion in an area where camping is prohibited at all times. She was released after the citation was issued.
