Crews from Central Douglas Fire & Rescue and the City of Roseburg Fire Department responded to a small fire in the wall of a residence on Southeast Strong Avenue, south of Roseburg just after 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Fire Marshal Josh Waechter of CDF&R said that RFD was the first agency on the scene and extinguished the fire with a fire extinguisher. Waechter said the cause was most likely an electrical fire in the wall. No injuries were reported.
