Roseburg Police cited a woman for drinking in public late Wednesday afternoon.

An RPD report said at 5:45 p.m. officers spotted the 35-year-old drinking a high-alcohol content beer near the intersection of Northeast Stevens Street and Northeast Wright Avenue. Officers contacted the woman and issued her the citation. She was then released.
