Roseburg Police cited a man for offensive littering on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 12:10 p.m. a work crew arrived at the 37-year-olds camp near the intersection of Northwest Aviation Drive and Northwest General Avenue. The camp had been posted for cleanup with a cleanup date of Wednesday.

The work crew found a large amount of trash and the occupant had a large pile of his possessions stored nearby. He was released after the citation was issued.
