Roseburg Police cited a man for prohibited camping on Monday morning.

An RPD report said at 10:45 a.m. the 63-year-old was contacted because he was camping in a restricted area and in a restricted manner, on the bicycle path in Gaddis Park in the 800 block of Northeast Highland Street.

The man was also cited for littering in or near waters and for possessing a prohibited tool in a city park. The man was released after the citation was issued.
