Roseburg Police jailed a woman for a parole violation on Monday afternoon.

An RPD report said at 3:40 p.m. officers contacted the suspect after she was seen walking down the street with a person that she is prohibited from having contact with per her parole stipulations.

The woman was detained without incident, and a parole officer authorized a detainer. She was detained without bail.
