Roseburg Police added theft charges on Saturday, to a man who was already in jail.

An RPD report said officers investigated a theft from a store in the 300 block of Northwest Aviation Drive. During the investigation, the 34-year-old was identified as one of the suspects regarding the theft. The man was currently in custody on unrelated charges.

The man admitted to being a part of the theft and to selling the items afterwords. Two counts of first-degree theft were added to the man’s charges. Bail was now set at $40,000.
