No one was hurt when a vehicle crashed in the 4000 block of Old Highway 99 south in the Green District early Friday morning.

A Douglas County Sheriff’s Office report said at approximately 5:45 a.m. the driver fell asleep at the wheel after working a graveyard shift. His SUV hit a mailbox before ending up in the ditch. A towing company took possession of the vehicle.
