Roseburg Police cited a man for prohibited camping early Friday morning.

An RPD report said at approximately 2:15 a.m. officers contacted a 47-year-old man who was camping underneath multiple blankets near a business in the 1900 block of Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard. The man also had a large wagon of items, and other belongings scattered around the sidewalk.

Officers had warned the man a few days earlier about camping when he was just a block away. He was released after the citation was issued.
