Roseburg Police cited a man for prohibited camping on Monday.

An RPD report said 11:10 a.m. the 57-year-old was contacted while sleeping in his tent along the riverbank in Micelli Park in the 2400 block of Southeast Micelli Street. Camping is never allowed in that park.

The man had two prior convictions for prohibited camping but was cited and released on the scene, due to medical issues.
