Roseburg Police jailed a woman following an alleged disorderly conduct incident on Monday morning.

An RPD report said at 5:40 a.m. officers responded to a store in the 3100 block of Northwest Aviation Drive after an employee said that a female, later identified as 40-year-old Sheila Swanson, was inside the business acting disorderly and refusing to leave. The employee said the woman was frightening customers, attempting to get behind the cashier counter, and damaging store merchandise.

Officers arrived on scene and found store merchandise scattered all over the ground inside the store, with Swanson reportedly continuing to act belligerent. The woman was taken into custody and transported to corrections. She was charged with second-degree counts of criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and criminal trespass. Bail was set at $10,000.
