In the KQEN Business Spotlight:
Only six months after closing, Round Table Pizza has announced plans to re-open its Roseburg store sometime in the spring.
Fat Brands Inc. Senior Director of Corporate Communications Erin Mandzik told News Radio 93-9 FM and 1240 KQEN that an existing Round Table franchisee is bringing the brand back. Without revealing the franchisee’s name, Mandzik said, “He knows how beloved the brand is and Roseburg is such a great, tight knit community that will embrace us returning to the area”.
In July of last year, The Clubhouse by Round Table Pizza closed its doors. A manager at that time said the closure was mostly due to a lack of revenue. The building housing the business in the Roseburg Marketplace on Northwest Stewart Parkway has remained vacant. An updated Round Table sign outside the building was installed earlier in the month.
While not providing additional information, Mandzik said the company plans to hire 25 employees for the location.
