Roseburg Police cited a man for prohibited camping early Thursday morning.

An RPD report said at 1:20 a.m. officers contacted the 47-year-old at the park at the intersection of Northeast Fulton Street and Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard. Officers noticed the man’s camp violated the place and manner portions of the camping ordinance. He was released after the citation was issued.
