DR. JASON GRAY NAMED HOSPITAL ASSOCIATION OF OREGON TRUSTEE

The Hospital Association of Oregon recently selected a Roseburg man to serve on its board of trustees.

At its December meeting, seven Member Trustees and two Non-Member Trustees were elected, including CHI Mercy Health Chief Medical Officer and vice-president of Medical Affairs, Dr. Jason Gray. Gray will serve as a Non-Member Trustee- Physician Executive. His term will run for the rest of 2026.

Dr. Gray told The News Review, “I am honored to be selected from CHI Mercy Health to serve on the Hospital Association of Oregon Board of Trustees”. Dr. Gray said, “This position will allow me to advocate for healthy hospitals not only in our local community but also throughout the state, helping to ensure timely local care”.

Hospital Association of Oregon CEO Becky Hultberg said, “We’re excited that these respected hospital and community leaders from around the state will serve on the Board as we navigate the significant challenges ahead of us”. Hultberg said, “Their unique perspectives and voices are critical in advocating for hospitals and protecting care communities rely on”.
