ROSEBURG POLICE JAIL MAN FOR REPORTED CRIMINAL TRESPASS

Roseburg Police jailed a man for a reported criminal trespass incident on Thursday.

An RPD report said at 4:30 p.m. the 46-year-old was contacted in the 900 block of Southeast Oak Avenue, which is part of the downtown exclusion zone. The man was on his third warning for drinking in public, which means he is excluded from this area. The suspect was taken into custody. He was charged with second-degree criminal trespass and transported to corrections. The man was detained without bail and was released on Friday.
