Roseburg Police cited a woman for harassment on Tuesday night.

An RPD report said at 8:15 p.m. during an argument, a 31-year-old man allegedly threw an empty can at a 30-year-old woman, hitting her in the leg, in the 1000 block of Northeast Stephens Street.

The woman reportedly shoved the man in the back as he was walking away from her. She did not want to be a victim of harassment and chose not to pursue criminal charges. The man wanted to pursue charges against the woman. She was released after the citation was issued.
