An Oregon State Police report said at approximately 12:25 p.m. a trooper received a report of a reckless driver traveling south on Interstate 5 just north of Rice Hill. A sports car was reportedly traveling at over 100 miles per hour, and passing vehicles, using the right-hand shoulder of the roadway. A traffic stop was eventually conducted near the Edenbower Boulevard exit just north of Roseburg.
