A Roseburg man was taken to the hospital following a two-vehicle crash on Saturday afternoon.

A Douglas County Sheriff’s Office report said at 4:50 p.m. a driver in the 3000 block of Melrose Road attempted to turn into a business and failed to yield to a second vehicle, which was going westbound. The driver whose vehicle was hit complained of back pain and was transported to CHI Mercy Medical Center. The woman who caused the accident was cited for making a dangerous left turn. The second vehicle had to be towed from the crash scene.
