Roseburg Police jailed a man for warrants and cited him on a drug violation early Wednesday morning.

An RPD report said just after 12:15 a.m. officers contacted the 61-year-old in the 3100 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway and learned he had a warrant for his arrest. The man was also allegedly found to be in possession of about .63 grams of methamphetamine. The warrants were confirmed and he was taken into custody. He was detained without bail. The man was cited for unlawful possession of methamphetamine.
