Roseburg Police cited a man for drinking in public, twice, on Tuesday morning.

An RPD report said just after 12:30 a.m. the 50-year-old was contacted in the 900 block of Northeast Rowe Street. He allegedly had an open beer next to him. The man admitted that the drink was his and dumped it out.

Just after 2:50 a.m. officers spotted the man in the 1300 block of Northeast Stephens Street. He reportedly had another beer sitting next to him. The man admitted the drink was his and that he had previously been warned for drinking in public earlier in the morning.

The man was given a second citation for drinking in public and was released for a second time.
