Roseburg Police charged a man with sexual harassment and second-degree disorderly conduct following an incident Friday afternoon.
An RPD report said at 3:00 p.m. the 63-year entered a business in the 1300 of Northeast Stephens Street and allegedly became aggressive with staff after he was unable to withdrew money from his account. The suspect reportedly told employees he could kill them and threatened to burn the building down with everyone inside.
Officers had probable cause to arrest the man on an unrelated case where he has reportedly groped a medical technician while he was a patient at CHI Mercy Medical Center. He was taken into custody and transported to corrections. Bail was set at $6,250.
