Roseburg Police jailed a woman for offensive littering early Thursday morning.

An RPD report said at 12:40 a.m. the 39-year-old was contacted at Eagles Park in the 700 block of Southeast Jackson Street. She was camping in a prohibited area and was surrounded by refuse.

The woman was charged for the littering. Bail was set at $1,000. She was released on Monday morning. She was cited for a violation count of prohibited camping.
