Roseburg Police cited one driver after a Tuesday night wreck.

An RPD report said just before 5:40 p.m. officers responded to the accident in the 3100 block of Northwest Edenbower Boulevard. Officers spoke with the drivers and learned that one driver was stopped at a traffic light, when the second vehicle rear-ended hers. The second vehicle sustained substantial damage to the front bumper while the first vehicle had substantial damage to the rear bumper.

The driver of the vehicle that was hit sustained minor injuries to her head. The second driver appeared to have a broken ankle. She declined to be transported by ambulance but was later transported to CHI Mercy Medical Center by a family member.

The woman who caused the crash was cited for following two closely. Both vehicles were towed from the scene.
