Interstate 5 southbound reopened at the Riddle Exit 103 at 3:00 a.m. Thursday, following a nearly eleven-hour closure.

Shortly after 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, a tanker truck and trailer overturned on the roadway with reports of fuel leaking out of the vehicle. A detour was in place for southbound motorists while emergency crews dealt with the situation.

More details are expected from Oregon State Police later on Thursday.
