Roseburg Police cited a 35-year-old man early Monday morning for multiple violations after finding him in possession of prohibited items on city property.

According to the police report, the man was contacted in Deer Creek Park around 3 a.m. for prohibited camping. While officers were citing the man he was allegedly found to be in possession of an axe, a hatchet and a hand saw. All three tools were seized by police.

The man was cited and released for prohibited camping and for having prohibited weapons/tools on city property.
