Roseburg Police jailed a man for a stalking order violation and for warrants early Friday morning.

An RPD report said at 1:30 a.m. officers responded to a residence in the 900 block of Southeast Mill Street after learning that 53-year-old Christian Schreiber was sleeping on the porch. Dispatch advised that Schreiber had a stalking order prohibiting him from contacting the victim to include waiting outside her residence.

The man was found asleep on the porch and was detained. Dispatch confirmed the stalking order and advised that he had two warrants for his arrest. The warrants were confirmed and he was taken into custody. Bail was set at $15,000.
