Roseburg Police jailed a man for a warrant early Wednesday morning.

An RPD report said just after 1:40 a.m. officers stopped a vehicle for expired tags in the 2500 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway. The driver, a 40-year-old, returned suspended and had a valid warrant for his arrest. The warrant was confirmed through records and the man’s driving status in Oregon was suspended.

The man was taken into custody for the warrant. He was detained on $7,500 bail.
