Roseburg Police cited a man for alleged criminal mischief on Wednesday afternoon.
An RPD report said at 4:45 p.m. officers investigated a road rage incident near the intersection of Southeast Pine Street and Southeast Oak Avenue. Officers learned that the 34-year-old had punched out a window in the victim’s van after the victim allegedly cut off the suspect twice in traffic.
The suspect first confronted the victim while their vehicles were stopped at Southeast Pine Street and Southeast Lane Avenue, and then reportedly punched out the window after the victim declined to fight him.
The man was cited for second-degree criminal mischief and then was released.
