Roseburg Police cited a man for a criminal count of prohibited camping early Wednesday morning.

An RPD report said at 2:50 a.m. the 59-year-old was contacted at Deer Creek Park in the 500 block of Northeast Stephens Street, because he was camping too close to the bike path. The man was released after his citation was issued.
