Roseburg Police charged a man with depositing trash within one hundred yards of water on Wednesday morning.

An RPD report said at 7:50 a.m. the 41-year-old was contacted in a camp at Deer Creek Park in the 200 block of Southeast Pine Street. He was also cited for prohibited camping and prohibited weapons/tools in the park.

The man was detained on $2,500 bail. He was released later in the day.
