Roseburg Police jailed a man following disorderly conduct incidents on Tuesday.

An RPD report said at 4:00 p.m. 22-year-old Bradly Carter trespassed at a business in the 100 block of Northeast Garden Valley Boulevard. Carter allegedly acted belligerent. He then proceeded to Garden Valley Boulevard where he punched a moving train as it passed through town. Multiple witnesses reported Carter’s behavior. He was found nearby on Northeast Stephens Street.

Carter was charged with first and second-degree criminal trespass, and second-degree counts of disorderly conduct and criminal mischief. He was detained on $6,250 bail.
