Roseburg Police cited a man for drinking in public on Monday.

An RPD report said at 7:40 a.m. officers contacted the 22-year-old after he was observed drinking a beer while walking next to a business in the 1400 block of Northeast Stephens Street. The man was cited and released on scene.
